I was told by 3 different CSRs that all I needed to do was go down to the local Comcast customer svc office to pick it up, since they are free.
The third even gave me a location and hours.
I went down this last weekend and was told that was wrong and they need to schedule an appointment to give me one.
I have to wait half a day for a guy to bring me a card?
WHY?
