Comcast Cable through Dish PVR 722?

Before I upgraded to HD, my std dual pvr would accept cable tv signals through the ota input on the receiver. Can i do the same with a Pvr 722? I haven't been able to get it to work so far.

the antenna input on the 722 only works with an OTA signal, not a cable signal

Also, the 722 does not have pass thru, so even turning off the 722 does not give you the cable signal. You need to bypass the recevier with the cable's signal.
