Can I install Colombian Directv in the US?

Hi, I purchased the COLOMBIAN Directv equipment (receiver, antena, LNB) and membership, now I brought everything to HOUSTON-TX and was hoping I could get Colombian Directv.

I was told Galaxy 3C is the statellite I need to aim my antenna to, is this true? and if yes can I get the Colombian Directv signal?

According to the following website SatBeams - Satellite Coverage Maps - Sat Footprints , the Galaxy footprint covers the entire north american continent, but in other forums I read that Galaxy 3C only covers south america, are there different antennas/beams on this satellite? One for South and one for North America. If yest, I can't find the footprint for south america in satbeams.com website, only the one for north america....Buttom line, can I install Colombian Directv in houston with this equipment and if yes how can I figure out how to aim my antenna?

Thanks!!!!

Short answer looks to be yes as Houston is in the lower portion of the peak footprint. You would have to set your elevation to 55 and use a compas to site along the azimuth at 179.
