I have a question: is the coke ad pulled from another website? It seems like it takes a lot longer to load the main forum page than it used to; and I see a waiting for an another website (something like expressadd; or bannerfarm) for the page to load.

Yes it is, its coming directly from CocaCola, it will only be up for a few more days.

Thank you to everyone who has clicked on it and signed up for their rewards program! Each sign up has earned us some money which will help pay our ISP bill which is due at the end of the month. :)

When does it appear? I still haven't seen it to click on it. Is it possible to post a link?

You may also have to reload the page a couple of times. I turned off the ad-block on my browser for a moment to pull it up and see it.

Scott, would it be a problem to give us the SatGuys link to the Coke site? Or, would that upset your other advertisers? (in other words, I'm still not seeing it!)

I've attached a screen shot. It is right below the "Classic Look/NEW LOOK | PDA MODE" links and above the little banners.

It may take up to 3,465 tries to get the banner rotator (phpAds) to pull it up. Make sure to turn on all scripting and turn off any ad-blockers if needed.

I'm seeing all the other ads, just not the Coke ad. How much longer do we have to sign up?

Every once in a while, I get a blank spot where the ads normally are. Both FF2 and IE7 do the same thing. Maybe it's the missing Coke ad? What evil place is the Coke ad coming from that my firewall won't let me see it?:D

Maybe someone ran off and drank it! :D I use FF2, but I normally have an ad-blocker turned on to speed things up. I turned it off for a few moments the other day to see the pretty Coke ad.

I do think some firewalls may block off site images or links like the Coke ad. A transit site I maintain has an offsite AVL (Automatic Vehicle Locator) script and some people complained that they could't open it.

Normally most ads we run we get a url for the image (graphic) shown and a url for the link to point to.

This coke ad was different, it was a javascript code with no usable link or graphic code in it.

Anyways thanks to everyone who signed up. :)
