GEOSATpro Closed Caption (CC) channel ABC HD 99W G16

I have yet to get the CC to work properly on ABC HD channel? It works every where else fine. It seems to flit across the screen at lightning speed.

I believe it is the satellite downstream broadcast, NOT the MICROHD. Anyone else?
