Clarification: FSN Ohio Hi Def

For the life of me I still don't understand this, a little help if possible.
I have the HR10-250, MLB EI, MLB EI Superfan, HD and Sportspack. Now will I get the 33 HD games (Reds) that are broadcast on FSN Ohio this year in HD. I know I will get the 145 games on the SD version of FSN Ohio, or do I need to go to the newer D* HD DVR and the 5lnb dish? If I do, I guess this is the advantage of the newer equipment except for the MPEGG4 locals, which I havent figured out yet if they are better, the same or worse than just getting my locals OTA and sticking with my trusty HDTivo. Not all that interested in the Reds games, but always good to get everything that you are paying for. Thanks!!

From my understanding it is as follows:

With MLB EI Superfan (which will be on channels 730 and 731) you would NOT need MPEG4 dish/equipment.

To receive your LOCAL RSN in HD (of course if it is provided by D*) you WILL need BOTH the 5lnb dish and H20 or HR20. The Local RSNs in HD are put up as part of the HD lil package in the various DMAs.

I guess I need to make the switch then, we get (I think) both the reds (FSN Ohio) and Pirates FSN Pittsburgh) , though I don't know why, here. THanks for the info.
As an A+ sub (lol) they have offered me the upgrade for $99. Is that the best you all think I can do. I have been with them for 12 years and get the NFL ST,NFL Superfan, NBA, MLB every year along with the HD and 4 extra receivers. In other words, as my wife would say, my "monthly" bill is insane.
