Circuit Board

I would like to know if we could buy a circuit board for our DVR1100c? This is the third receiver we have had to buy because of lightning strikes. My husband kept the last one and took the circuit board out and found it burnt where the LNB comes in. I can't find anyone who sells these boards.

The motherboard is not sold separately.

Is the system properly grounded?

Are the AC and the coaxial lines running through a lightning arrestor? Not 100% effective, but will handle most indirect strikes.
