Choppy playback on 622 DVR

I recorded Bones off NY Fox 5 in HD off 61.5 last night. We had severe rainfall during the recording, causing a couple of lost signal messages. From the point that the reception was back there was several sections of pixilation then rest of the recording was choppy almost like it would play for a second then freeze, play for another second then freeze till the end of the recording. Both audio and sound was affected. Has anyone seen this before?
