Check switch problem

I have 1 vip 622 and 2 vip 211's and dpp44 switch with dish 1000.2. The 622 and one 211 are working perfectly. Last the other 211 stop picking up all 3 sats (110, 119,129). I ran check switch about 50 times. Each time it will pick up one of the three satellites but not the other two and it is just says DP feed and doesnt recognize the dpp44. I double check the connection at the switch and even change to a different port on the switch. I still get the same outcome. Any ideas?

Did you try moving the receiver that is having problems to the location of the 211 that works fine? If it still has the same problem it's the receiver.

This can also be cause by bad cable or connection. Make sure that there is not a small piece of sheild touching the center conductor.

Just wonder why you have a DPP44 would not be needed with your setup?

I will double check the connection. I have the dpp44 b/c I am adding more receivers in the near future.

Look and see if you have L4.35 in the 211. Ever since my 211 got this software update it has been doing strange things with signal loss and run check switch issues. I didn't have these quirky problems with L4.34.
