That wouldn't surprise me really. I've been going back and forth with my cable company about our internet connection. I hate that they keep blaming my stuff, like this time my router got the blame again, so it got swapped. I'm still getting some speed and latency (mainly latency) issues. The level 3 tech (yes, this is how upset I got) tried to talk to me in layman's terms. I kept telling her I knew what a router was, I know what VOIP is, I know what latency means, etc.
I'm going to try TightVNC with my Linux machine from work to see if I can get around the firewall at work.
