Chat button missing from MyDish.com

Anyone else seeing no chat button when you log into your account?

I see it in my account. After I log in mydish account I click on Support at the top and the Chat Now red button shows up on the bottom of the page.

I see it there (thanks), but the screenshot I showed is from the My Programming page, and any of the other pages like My Shipments.

Also, the button on the support page doesn't do anything. I did get a new set of Windows updates overnight, wonder if a security setting got changed.

Works fine for me on IE, but not on Chrome.

Missing elements on a URL are usually because of browser incompatability.

I find this often on weather sites like wunderground and intellicast.

Seriously, they must have changed something on their website. I have the same symptoms on my home laptop as I do on my work PC (using chrome).

When I got into the chat using IE, there was no option to save or print the chat, just an option to have the chat emailed. I never got the email.

It is not just Dish's website. The same thing happened to me when I tried to use chat on Directv's website, using Firefox.

Just looked with Edge Browser, the chat button is there.

This is probably due to flash player incompatibilities.

Try another browser.

Delete the cache data for the site in your browser and try again, sometimes it can get corrupted.
