Channels on Hopper are dark but can record and watch channels - Joeys work fine

HI all. We have one Hopper, a Super Joey, and Wireless Joey. Very often when I view LiveTV on the Hopper the channels are completely black and no sound. I can watch DVR programs no problem, and I can even hit Record, goto DVR, and start the program and it plays fine from DVR.. just channel is dark on Live TV.

This issue hasn't appeared on either of our Joey's, and I can do a reset on the Hopper and it fixes it for about a day or two, but it always comes back.

Any suggestions??? What are we doing wrong? I can even bring up the list of Tuners and join one and its still dark. Only played from DVR seems to work on Hopper.

Pull the plug for 15 seconds to force a reboot. If the issue persists contact support.
