GEOSATpro Channel renaming

I've seen this requested a few times, but a search of the forum didn't reveal anymore information about whether this is a feature that is coming or not:

The ability to stop the Micro HD renaming channels when it scans. Sometimes that's a great idea, but sometimes (like when the channel is "Video 1" or a regular newsfeed channel) it's not. It would be great to have the ability to lock settings on a channel.

Is this something that's easy to implement?

Think i get what you're asking. You can use the Ali editor. Edit/change names. I think its the station or channel ID that you change to zero. When you scan next time it won't over write your channel edit

yup SatelliteAV mentioned that before. Change the SID to 0 in the editor and you'll be fine
