Hello everyone,
I have asked other questions on this site before, with great results, so how bout another question...
I have picked up a brand new channel master 38" round dish.... I was told that it was about 8 years old, but it was new in the box and has never been used.... I am hoping to use it for my new FTA setup...
1. I was wondering if anyone has used one of these dishes successfully with an HH motor.... The mounting bracket on the back of the dish is NOT offset, it is perfectly centered, but the LNB mounting brackets hold the LNB in a rather low position in reference to the center of the dish... I guess it just looks different that the other dishes that I have seen...
The dish weighs approximately 25 pounds total, and I guess I just need the voice of experience to recommend a good motor for the dish.
2. I was wondering if channel master or any other manufacturer makes LNB holders that accomidate more than one 40MM LNB that can replace the original channel master LNB holder and will fit on the channel masters 3 aluminum "poles" that join in front of the dish.
Thanks everyone.
