but will it work with this 43 inch by 40 inch fiberglass dish. i would hate to buy one then burn it up. but i do want to be able to watch tv and not have to go out and find a sat outside every time. thanks

The Channel Master 1M and higher are too heavy for the SG-2100. Not sure whether or not the STAB 120 will work...

The mount on those large Channel Masters is very heavy, so these dishes are best used for fixed satellite reception. I would be interested to hear if someone has success with the STAB 120 on this dish though...

Hey tron what can you pick up in New O on a dish. I live in central MS in Philadelphia. I thought about getting a 76cm dish and mover and leaving the 1.1 m Dish fixed on a weaker SAT. Thanks

I get around a 40 quality on G-10R with the Channel Master fixed at 123w...

On the motorized Winegard I can pick up everything from 61.5w through past 130w, I'd be able to get east of 61.5 but I've got a tree blockage there...

Check the weight of the dish and compare it to the motor specs.

HH120 will handle up to 37lbs.

See specs here

Good luck and happy satellite surfing

I am sure the Channel Master 1M weighs less than 37lbs. Not sure about the 1.2M, which many here on the forum have. This would be a great dish to motorize!

I was looking around and found a guy on here named spyder he has a channel master with a motor on it. look at his sig line and go look at his pictures. I sent him a PM about it.
