Channel map for 1080i/720p

Is there an existing channel map that lists the native format (720p vs. 1080i) of each HD channel that DN has?

It used to be that anything owned by ABC was 720p, almost everything else was 1080i, but I don't know if that's still true.

Disney, News Corp, AETN - 720p
Viacom, CBS, NBC U, Time Warner, Comcast, Rainbow, Scripps, Liberty Media and most if not all of the independents - 1080i

Would that be 1280X720p, and 1440X1080i?
