Can you change the view in the channel guide on the HD20? Also can you dim the large blue light on the front??

Just got a new install today. I am a previous TIVO user who is converting over to the HR20. I guess I am a little spoiled by TIVO.

I'm not sure what you mean with your first question. As to the second, push the buttons on the side of the light simultaneously. Four times will make it go out.
