Channel 9412?

Both titantv and zap2it list 9412 - UCTV (University of California TV) in their Dish listings, yet TheList does not show it on any of the satellites, and it's not in my Dish guide. What gives?

We regret to inform you that Dish Network has decided to drop UCTV from its service, beginning March 1, 2012

UCTV decided to stop distributing their signal via satellite due to crushing budget cuts. It went to an internet only channel.
