Channel 490/491 whats on Transponder 13 and 18?

Something is going on with those two, I've heard about it but don't have my stuff anymore.

This is on the 101 sat.

Can someone in the know tell me what they are testing with these 2 channels?

I knows 490 is listed as ESPN A, I'm talking about in the New Jersey area.

If it says ESPNa then that means it will be "A"lternate programming for an area(or areas) that has a blackout in place on an ESPN game. However, up in that range there are a few testing channels for installers to verify that they are hitting the correct birds with their setup.

Thanks but I'm trying to find out what they are testing, as in content. What is playing?

Nothing is playing on 490 - 494; they are signal verification channels.
