If I were you I wouldn't be running the bottle hoping for a Genie, Directv doesn't seem to crave lawsuits like Dish.

What would be slick is if they put out the comercial skip like they did the skip30 button, activate with a keyword search, but not a standard feature, thus significantly less claims for the programmers.
