On my HR20 I have to be sure 1 tuner is not on Directv cinema or on and OTA channel, not sure why the HR24 won't grab though.

You should get 0628 on you HR24-200 that is the current version Retry tonight and wait till at least 15 to 20 minutes after 11pm east coast time or your time

I installed the CE Saturday night and my pandora and Genie has disappeared. I have tried a button reset twice and they are still not showing up
