That's why they're called rumor, sometimes rumor is meant to stear someone in the exact opposite direction. I can only imagine how many rumor's Scott doesn't post, but that said, the majority of his rumors are accurate.

Scott's rumor is more of read what D* puts out in presentations. MRV clearly is under the 2010 heading.
