Well Why Was It Erased Asking When It Be If Ever Local Communitry Channels Ever Be Added, And Then Question Pops Back Up ?? Hhhmmmm

There was an issue with the server which required a reboot to correct. I rebooted the server about 15 minutes ago. All seem fine now.
