I'm not sure you'll notice much of the "Modem Improvements" other than perhaps caller id.

I normally don't notice many changes in the H20, but then it's only on at bedtime .....
I won't see the Caller Id either as I don't have that one hooked to a phone line, now if they can fix the HR series without effecting anything else that they have working very well, I would be happy
