First time attempting CE, and so far it's been painless.

MRV works between an HR21 and an HR22! Yay! I did IAMANEDGECUTTER, POKEEYENOW, MRVCLIENTON and YOUASKEDFORIT.

I was under the impression that there was going to be a menu item somewhere to set the name of the MRV "server", but all I see are SID numbers. Since we only have two DVRs, it's unambiguous, so it doesn't bother us.

The first remote play attempt failed, but the 2nd ones and subsequent ones worked.

So far seems good. Guide very fast and responsive. Will test TVersity in the AM, to tired to muck with it tonight

I have started up MRV. It is showing the receiver ids under list. Can I change that to a more descriptive name.

go to Menu-> Setup-> System Setup-> Network-> Advanced Setup -> Enter receiver name using number keys on remote ... when finished select connect now, go to your HD Receiver and instead of RID # you should see receiver name. Worked for me with no problems.

Successful upgrade of all receivers. double live buffer works flawless, MRV on HD works flawless, no hang-ups. Video/Audio smooth, everything working fine so far

If you go to Network and then Advanced you can name you receiver. Just got an owned HR20-700 to go with my HR23-700 and MRV works great, named receiver comes up. I even tried dual streaming and it worked well too.

the mrv on my H21 in the game room is workin' out great ... now i can hide from the wife, and watch my "first 48 hours" ! lovin' it !

All seems to be well. Got the missing locals I had a couple of weeks ago back. I am glad since I was the only one apparently having that issue on here.

HR21-100 with AM21

GUI speed is better than most of the previous releases so far. I will put it through its paces over the next few days and report back since some GUI slowdown/issues seemed to appear in previous CEs after about 3 days of use.

CE's for 5/29 & 5/30

31A: MRVCLIENTON hangs ui
