Just a quick note to let everyone know that our reports do get read and in my case acted on. I had a weird issue with one of my HR20 boxes, sent an error report, and got a call from the CE folks at D requesting I send them the unit. I'm just trying to watch the few things left on the box before I ship it out, already have the replacement.
So I encourage every one to keep sending in the reports, they really do pay attention.
