cband wiring question

could someone answer this for me....i have seen the links on a few sites but it doesnt really answer the question.

the banded ribbon cable 2 rg6 and then the actuator and polarity cables

which rg6 the first or second is used for c band typically

want to hook up my pansat to the big dish at the cottage this weekend, and previous attempts and not knowing wich cable was c band yielded nothing for me....
