The last couple days, I've been in the mood to rescan the entire arc, and lock in satellites I have never locked in before. Some of the new ones i pulled in tonight are 61w Amazonas and 78 Simon Bolivar. Enjoying some Venezuelan channels at the moment.
We get in the habit of sticking with a handful of our favorite channels, i find it fun to poke around and discover new things, or at least, be aware of whats out there.
Is there anything on 72°w (AMC 6) for Cband currently? LyngSat shows nothing, so I didn't try and lock that one in. I find it extremely hard to lock in a satellite if i don't have at least 1 transponder to plug in first to try and lock. Otherwise, I have to move the dish 5 ticks, blind scan, 5 ticks, blind scan... Talk about a SLOW process..
