Can’t watch channel 540

Hi Guys, ever since I got my Joey 4s installed I have not been able to tune into channnel 540. When I click on the channel through the guide page it pops up with an error saying that it cannot be displayed and to check the dish website for info on how to view. I have a 4k UHd tv so I’m not sure what the issue is - or if this is just another issue that I have to deal with until they get it fixed. Thanks!

Workaround Fix, when you see that error press the GUIDE button.

This is one I have reported a few times that they haven't fixed. Glad I found a work around.

Scott, I tried tapping the guide button when the error code comes on and it just goes directly to the guide for me…what’s the trick!!

Is there any 4K programming airing when you are trying it? That trick only works when there is 4K programing on.
