Can't get Jewelry Television out of my guide

The entry in the guide is all colorful and bright and fairly annoying. It sits between 251 and 252 but when I click it it brings up channel 313. If I go into setup to remove channel 313 from the guide I see that 313 isn't selected. So Directv is apparently forcing it to be in the guide and there is no way to remove it.

Any suggestions?

Those are advertisements for some of the "features". You cannot remove them. I'm sure Directv is getting a lot of complaints since they started doing this.
