Cant get 119

My receiver is able only to receive ACHOSTAR 110. I´m unable to force the receiver to get a signal on 119. Any help is appreciated

Well since you are in Mexico you might want to do some reading. Dish put up a new satellite that cut off the illegal subscribers in Mexico. The footprint covers mainly the US
