can't find panamericana tv

Hi i got a 4 footer dish (channelmaster) pointing to 805 at 55.5 and i was getting u to 55 signal in a mercury II fortec but now i got o everything , if someone can tell me if that transponder is working or they put it down.

This is the first time I have had my dish that far east but, I'm not seeing it. I'm getting high quality on 3791 H 2244 RTU Ecuador 85%
4119 H 3100 69% 3940 H 2575 69%. I get the BBC radio channels at 3935 H 3255 so I know I'm aimed at the right satellite. Nothing at 4195 H 4444

using a 10 foot KTI mesh dish with a Pansat 9200. I am in the central United States
