cannot update by satellite

I cannot get my second unit to download from satellite for update.
Have tried 12115v and 11842h. It never moves bottom indicator.

Updated by usb to 6-15 version and tried again but no go.

Any ideas!!

make sure its on 12115 V 22425 transponder
leave the rest as is

should update to 7/6 version

Otherwise you can so it via USB too

What is the Signal Quality reading on 12115?

I have 90% signal and 72% quality.

Scanned 97w K G19 and have 248 tv & 97 radio. I am using DSR922 as mover of 10' Perfect 10 mesh with co rotor Norsat lnb.

I changed back to 1st MHD and having same issues with it now. I did get both units updated with usb.

It might be my c-ku switch.
