Cannot make New Thread

What happen? Is there new server setup or something?

How come I cannot creat a new thread in other forums?
How come I don't see WUT forum access anymore?

Man, I just got myself a Pansat 5000HC, best receiver ever
However, i dont have the manual, and didn't see its review also. (only found 6000)

Anyone has one? Thanks.

And, can the 5000HC go to the HDD and start watching the program at the begining of its recorded why recording?
