canceling a sports package

when is the last day i can cancel NBA Package? last season i got it for free ( which i didn't know about until like January) but they told us they would automatically remove it after the season but the didn't, when did they start billing for that? thanks

IIRC, all sports packages renew when the next year starts. You have until opening day to remove it.

i just didn't know it was still on there, when she called about it last year they said because it a "gift" it would be automatic remove at the end season, but that why i checked last night

Perhaps "remove" was mistaken for "renewed".
