The same thing applies to foreign countries. Now, I have to tell you here that your terms of service say you will use satellite TV in the US, and in the US only. That’s its intended use and I am absolutely not supporting any other use. But from a technological point of view, yes, a lot of US satellite TV signals spill dozens of miles into Canada. Regardless, you’ll need a US service address and billing address to get US satellite TV. There’s no getting around that.
Generally speaking, most satellite systems from Intellian and KVH will work with Bell, Canada’s satellite provider. Bell uses almost the exact same technology as DISH uses in the US. That makes it easy to say that if it works for DISH, it will probably work for Bell also.
