Can someone make the case for the NFL network in the offseason

Watching the packers game they show the NFL network commercial and they have Michael Irving saying something like you have to pass not just run. There is nothing more brain damaging than hearing the same analysis hundreds of times.
Why should we have to pay a lot of money for this network in the offseason

Because NFL fans watch it all year round just like baseball fans watch MLB Network and NHL fans watch their network and NBA fans watch their Network. I watch NFL Network a lot in the spring because of the NFL Combine and then the NFL Draft. Every channel has a market. The one that doesn't have any purpose other than the NFL regular season is the NFL Redzone. I love the channel but it has zero programming on it the rest of the year.
