Do I have to become a Pub Member in order to get a simple "Welcome reply" ???

no you do not need to be a pub member.

I moved your thread into the General Satellite & Cable Area since it refers to that. The operations area is for trouble with the site, etc.

Also, dude you posted at 12:30AM (according to my clock which is CDT)...not alot of people posting at that time
