Can I turn 61 to 129 and get locals?

I have a Dish500 and a second dish that points to 61 for HD.
When Portland, OR locals become available, could I turn
the 61 to 129? Or am I missing something?

yes you can. The "wing" dish can be aimed at 61.5, 129 or 148 (depending on what you are trying to pick up)

If you live in Portland, OR, then you don't want to hit 129 unless you have to. The signal strength off of 129 is very weak in that area.

Are they putting your locals onto 129?
