I have 2, 722k receivers. I live in Ga. where they are active and travel 2 Indy to work for about a month at a time. Can i take 1 with me and install a 2nd dish at indy location and get my programing while in indy? Especially my nba pass.

You can literally do it, but it's against the terms of service to which you agreed when you signed up. (Yeah, I didn't read that either.) The rule is all receivers on your account must be at the same address.

Freaking pay a sat guy on the side to install another Dish! This against the contract crap you nerds keeps throwing out is for folks who drive the speed limit and not 1 mph over.

The risk one runs is getting an audit call and not being able to provide the IDs when called and earning a shutdown. Best not to answer the phone unless you know who is calling. I assume, someone is at home using the second receiver. Probably not going to get an audit call, but if it happens....

Not answering your phone is a guarantied fail & all but the primary receiver on your accout will be shut down.

If you want a free or less than too expensive move. Do a dish mover, take 1 rec with you, tell the installer you are gonna send back the other reciever later. He will install your dish and the 1 722 and wont ask questions. The techs are not the dish cops. Dont worry about being turned in for account stacking. Dish doesnt pay enough for the techs to care if you have 1 account gor more than 1 residence.

Okay, so you've got three receivers in your house. Dish sells you a Tailgater so you can take it camping with you. Do you think they really expect you to take all three receivers with you when you go camping?

As far as answering my phone, I guess if Dish ever calls me I'll lose service. I never answer my phone when I don't know who's calling. That's absurd.

What's "Crap" is signing an agreement and think you can do what you want. TheKrell may have given the politcially correct answer, but that is the rules.

And account stacking is hardly 1 mph over the limit btw. Yes, that is what Dish will tell you you did. What each person does is more their business, but do you really think responsible posters should just tell someone go ahead, do what you want?
