Can I still Cancel ???

Signed up online Sunday night using the friends and family $50 off deal.
Got a hopper and three joeys. Now I want to cancel as I see that you can get the 2 Hopper Systems for $99 as of yesterday in the Dish Chat.
I have yet to have anything installed as the install date is this saturday morning.
Dish has pulled the $80 some that i owed out of the account already.

So Can i cancel and wait till the two hopper system comes out in a promo?

I agree with Scott, if you call them and basically cancel and do a reorder you may have a shot since the install has not happened
 
thanks for the info, going to call them this afternoon and see what they can do. If not , i will stick with cable for a little while longer until the 2 hopper deal comes out.

since garys says the deal starts tomorrow, i'd call back when it starts. That way it will be in their computers and you won't have to cancel the install.

If you call today, they'll probably say there's nothing they can do since the CSRs may not have the info yet.

As long as you get it corrected before they show up at the install, you'll be fine. Worst case you cancel tomorrow and reschedule.
