Can i request to have channels 379-399?

hi just wondering if i can request to have channels 379-399 even though i do get all my locals, seems to have some different programs playing at different times?

No.

Those channels are known as Distant Network Services or DNS for short. They are there for customers were we currently dont carry there own local ABC CBS NBC FOX channels. You can request them if your local channels are currently not available via directv , if locals are available then the answer is no.

Not any more unless your grandfathered an RV....

Now for RV the RV has to be on it own account to get DNS stations to avoid this very issue .

Well what if you only have ONE receiver on an account anyway - wouldn't that accomplish the same thing???

If I read stonecold's post correctly, only if that receiver is listed on an RV account!

Dont ask me i dont work in dns it went around that we want you to have a separate account for RVs ifyou do DNS because alot of people have taken advantage of the RV loop hole.
