Does anyone have the dish corporate phone number or a number besides customer service? If they can't handle your concernthen they pretty much say oh well sorry. That is not good enough to resolve some issues.

Assuming that is the issue it is really not worthy of escalation. No one can answer that question considering the channels are not even up linked. I wouldnt waste time calling or emailing they dont know.

It's more fun to ridicule someone who thinks their concern is chief above all others though. Even more so when you have several people fighting to be at the front of the complaint line.
