Can A Pansat 3500s Control a AJAK H to H Motor

I bought the 3500s a few months back at a yard sale with no manual. I just downloaded the manual and reading through the specifications find that It's DISEqc 1.3 compatible (STAB USALS). Also has hookup for the polarizer.

At the present time I have the 3500 slaved off my DSR922. I would like to run the Ajak H to H off the Pansat. Can I do this? If so what would I need?

you would need a G-Box/V-Box to move the actuator. Sadoun carries them. You would hook that between the receiver and the actuator. Only drawback is its Diseqc 1.2 only (not USALS)

setup would be
receiver-----g box wires----------------------------------actuator
---------------g box coax----------------------------------LNB

The 3500 does have a polorizer so if you have the older LNB style (with the 3 wires) the 3500 will control it

Thanks Ice. Does the G-box work off the STB without another remote. That's what I want to get away from. More remotes. I have too many now.

yes. It uses the Diseqc 1.2 function in the receiver
