Can a customer switch international program during first year

A customer (chinese) is (and some other more customers) complained the programs they subscribed is not good and repeat and repeat from this channel to other channel within the package, so sometime you could see the same program more then 14 times in a week, they asked if they can switching to other chinese programs. Will Dish able to do the switching ?

That depends on several things, what kind of promotion are you under? If you are under DHA then you are obligated to keep a minimum of AT60 with locals. Another is what programming do you have at the moment? If you have the Chinese Variety Pack then definately there are other options. If you sign up under Taipei then you are getting a 28$ credit for having the variety pack so thusly removing it will drop any sort of programming. Have you looked into the great wall package? This package is 29.99, I believe theres 14 stations and if you get the great wall plus it is 5 additional dollars for the regional sports channels.
