Call-In Access PIN

Does anyone has given the Dish Network CSR the "Call-In Access PIN" to accomplish a "change" in your account?

If true.... How many of you change the Call-In Access PIN afterward?


(Not everyone can change/modify the account/programming online...)

I have three accounts and three different pin numbers. I set them online on each account. IF you don't have a pin # they usually use your last 4 digits of your social security number instead.

I have it on my account, but have never changed it.
