Call ext 736 ?

What does it mean ? I ordered "Revenge of the Fallen" for my son in 1080p and yet only the 1080i channels showing the movie are on. I see "call extension 736" on the 1080p channel.

What gives ?

How did you order it UB ? 733/736 are ppv unable to phone home errors.

im betting ippv is disabled on that box, is it connected to a phone line? and if so a quick call to customer service will fix this, if not, order the movie at Good TV. Better TV. DIRECTV.
