Cable Outage in Orange County, CA?

Anybody experiencing Internet problems in Orange County, CA. My Time Warner Cable Internet has been out since 9:00 AM Pacific time.

Looks like since around 12:30 PM, local time, the Internet has been restored. It was out for around 4 hours.
