"Cable Electronics" CE labs modulators are good?

Have any idea if Cable Electronics 2000sd is a good modulator; it is stereo and very cheap. Thank you

Yes they are a good manufacturer the owner holds a couple of audio patents and knows what he is doing. If you check out WalMarts HD displays you should find a CE amplifier powering the displays.
