C-Band MPEG2 receiver with dish mover

Hello,

My parents have a C-Band Dish (7.5'), an HTS analog receiver, and a Zinwell 3000 Digital receiver. They get great reception. The only problem is that its to complicated for them to use.

I just bought a 76cm dish with an SG2100 H-H motor and a Pansat 2500A. Once I got it set up, it is easy to operate, just change the channel and the dish moves to where it needs to be.

Does any one know if there is a C band MPEG-2 receiver, that has a built in C-band dish mover?

nope
the pansat will do c-band digital. There is a product out that will allow you to move a C-band dish

You may want to look at NPS http://www.callnps.com/offers.htm they have an offer for a 4DTV unit that would replace both the C-band units they are using now with an easier to use unit.
The 4DTV and a 2500 would get them most everything. If you only use the 2500 you have greatly reduced the available programing.

If you want to drive your big dish with a 2500 I have heard good things about the VBOX http://www.dmsiusa.com/v-box_ii.htm and Pete could order it for you I think.
